Job Responsibilities:
- Drive ongoing examination of Star Cutter health and welfare offering within the total reward strategy. Benchmark the cost/value of package components, identifying inefficiencies and/or improvement opportunities.
- Build, monitor, and continuously improve processes supporting benefits enrollment and utilization to ensure ease of use and positive employee experiences.
- Develop and drive ongoing benefit education/communication program.
- Manage partnerships with brokers and vendors meeting cost effectiveness and value-add goals.
- Assess current compensation management protocol across the full range of employee groups, determining opportunities for improved structure, controls, and process planning/implementation.
- Assess market competitiveness of current compensation levels, pay bands, and pay components. Identify improvement opportunities and strategy to migrate current tools and processes to approved new platforms.
- Develop and implement improved processes around annual merit planning. Document and advance policies to guide best practices and consistency around compensation changes throughout the year.
- Examine bonus and variable incentive programs for effectiveness and alignment with company priorities.
- Lead in the application and administration of the HRIS system (ADP).
- Develop improved employee life-cycle processes to ensure streamlined HRIS related processes and high levels of data integrity.
- Develop plans and proposals to move processes such as performance management and talent acquisition more fully under HRIS umbrella ensuring system capabilities, internal training, and ongoing improvements.
- Support development of HR KPI dashboards and related workforce reporting/analytics.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills, particularly Excel.
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
- High level of professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel occasionally.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related program.
- Five plus years of related work experience
- Experience with ADP
